Ecoenergy’s research and development
program
This program is progressing within the company’s overall expansion
plan for a new research, development and demonstration facility
in Alice Springs. Our ongoing commitment is to identify and
apply leading Australian technology as it emerges, and to continue
to develop and demonstrate proprietary applications of RE technology
to interested groups.
The company prefaced Perth’s 2000 World Energy Conference with
a workshop in Alice Springs for the International Energy Agency,
and conducted workshops for the Sustainable Energy Industry
Association (Australia) (SEIAA) National Conference. Ecoenergy
was also invited to assist in the development of national accreditation
standards for designing, installing and managing remote area
power systems.
